While a large portion of our business is on site service for businesses and home users, our most popular and affordable service is our 'drop off' service.

Most computer problems can be fixed at our shop. Even if you are having problems connecting to the Internet, we can use our dial-up and high speed Internet connections in our shop to test your computer and find out if the problem is with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your computer.

If your computer needs repaired, we'll call you first and get your permission to fix the problem. Our average labor cost for repairing a computer is less then $55. 9 times out of 10 no parts are needed. The most common problems are viruses, corrupted files and missing drivers. Sometimes we find it necessary to restore your computer to its original state by formatting the hard drive and reinstalling the operating system. For this reason, we ask you to bring your restore disks or operating system disks that came with your computer. If there is any other software you want installed, please bring it, too. Of course we will save your documents and other important files, and we will always call you before performing any work.

Upgrades are performed based on the age and performance of your computer. We will never put more money into your computer in the way of an upgrade than your computer is worth. If your computer is just a couple years old, chances are we can do just about any upgrade you would like. But if your computer is 5 years old, chances are you will be limited on what can be upgraded.
